Refunds may be granted in the following situations:
- Defective or Damaged Equipment: If the printer or equipment arrives in a defective, damaged, or incomplete condition.
- Delivery Issues: If there is a delay or failure in delivery due to an error on our part.
- Order Cancellation: If you cancel your order before it is shipped, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund (see cancellation policy below).
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Normal wear and tear during use.
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper handling.
- Cancellations after the equipment has been shipped (see cancellation policy below).

- Refund Approval: If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
If you need to cancel your order:
- Before Shipment: You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled shipment date.
- After Shipment: Cancellations made after the equipment has been shipped are not eligible for a refund.
